Comfortable stay with a welcoming atmosphere

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely 3-night stay in a spacious Queen Room. The breakfasts were outstanding, featuring delicious cooked options and fresh fruit, which we looked forward to every morning. The inviting decor made the place feel like home, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to local shops and restaurants. One small improvement could be the locking security on the individual bedroom doors.

An amazing stay! Enjoyed evenings playing board games in the warm common area and loved the local dining spots. Perfect for a group getaway! Remember to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, as the walls are a tad thin. Overall, a charming experience!

I loved that so many galleries like the Hudson Underground Gallery were just a few steps away, and a quick walk also led me to the beautiful Promenade Hill Park where I enjoyed some peaceful moments amidst nature during my three-night stay with friends.

I absolutely loved the classic Federal decor, with its grand moldings and bright airy spaces making me feel right at home. The cozy seating areas were perfect for chatting and reminiscing with friends after a lovely day out.

the b&b is a lovely old home with a wonderful owner who was super accommodating. she tailored our breakfasts to our dietary needs, and they were delicious! just a short walk of 1 1/2 blocks to the main street meant we could easily enjoy the local shops and restaurants. the strong wifi was a plus too!
